Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with air conditioning, good wifi, and lots of nice touches like chocolates and water, overlooking the beautiful garden courtyard away from the noisy streets. The service was exceptional with a friendly and courteous staff always ready to assist. The location was excellent, close to the Metro, restaurants, and other attractions. However, the dining experience was not the best, with limited options available.
The hotel offers clean, modern rooms that are relatively quiet and serviced daily. The staff is extremely helpful and provides personalized service typical of European boutique hotels. The location is conveniently close to metro access for exploring the city or dining locally, though the rooms are compact. The dining experience is average with a beautiful courtyard setting. The facilities are adequate but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and overlooked the charming courtyard, with very comfortable beds. The staff, like Maria, were fantastic and provided great tips on dining options. The location was very convenient, close to the metro and within walking distance of the center of Bethesda. The dining experience was okay, with a variety of basic choices. The facilities were well-maintained, and the value for money was good.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, being just a block away from Bethesda metro station and in close proximity to various restaurants and a supermarket, the rooms were slightly cramped and had an old smell of cigarette smoke despite booking non-smoking rooms. On the bright side, the service was very accommodating and friendly, with the added bonus of free amenities including internet, bottled water, breakfast, and even limousine service. The dining options were decent, with a good variety of breakfast items, but the breakfast room was small for a 75-room hotel.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great pick for my trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Brandon who gave great local tips. The location was excellent, close to the Metro, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient for exploring Bethesda. The dining options were decent, but could use more variety. Overall, it's a fantastic choice at a reasonable price.
The hotel is conveniently located near a Metro stop, offering great value for the price. The rooms are clean and well-kept, though they face the parking lot. The staff provides attentive service with a lovely outdoor patio for relaxing. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and free shuttle services. The dining options could be improved with more warm food choices, yet the variety is decent.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and had everything I needed, including a Keurig K-Cup for my morning coffee. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even driving me to Bethesda when I had luggage. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The dining experience was decent, offering a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a great value for what you get.
My stay at the hotel had its positives and negatives. The room was small with poor lighting and unstable water temperature, but it did have a large comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, safe, and free wifi. The service was helpful and friendly, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect for accessing the DC Metro and had various dining options nearby. The dining was average, and the facilities met my needs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities, the strong cigarette smoke smell in our supposed non-smoking rooms was quite off-putting. The service from the owner and staff was top-notch, always willing to help and offer useful tips. The location was a major plus, being close to the Metro station and surrounded by restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The dining options were good, offering a variety of choices. However, the price seemed a bit high for the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were small but comfortable and always clean. The service was very helpful and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and just a block away from the Metro station. The dining experience was not the best due to limited options, but the facilities were well-maintained.
